Optimization of Control Mode of Flue Gas Recirculation System of Supercritical Secondary Reheat Unit
The supercritical secondary reheat unit effectively reduces coal consumption and improves power generation efficiency through two cycles of main steam heating.The addition of a primary reheater system results in a significant increase in the temperature control inertia of the boiler reheater.This article discusses the application principle of flue gas recirculation technology in temperature control of secondary reheat units.This article analyzes the current typical control strategies for the temperature control of the reheater in the secondary reheat unit,focusing on the design of the flue gas recirculation fan and flue gas baffle in the reheat steam temperature control.Summarized the possible problems with this control method and proposed optimization suggestions.
