空冷岛清洗系统的自动化改造设计

空冷岛是现代化电厂的重要组成,关系到电厂的安全性及整体运行.在空冷岛持续运行过程中,随着环境中灰尘与污垢的堆积,其运行会受到影响.文章旨在针对现行直接空冷岛清洗设备所存在的若干问题,提出一种自动化清洗的改进策略.该策略立足于现有的空冷岛设备,对水泵系统、控制系统等核心组成部分进行优化升级,以实现清洗过程的全自动化.经过改进,设备中如滑梯卡滞、皮带断裂等故障得到有效解决,同时,通过引入远程控制系统,大幅减少人工操作,提高作业效率,增强安全性能.
Design of Automation Transformation for Air Cooling Island Cleaning System
Air cooling island is an important component of modern power plants,which is related to the safety and overall operation of the power plant.During the continuous operation of the air-cooled island,its operation will be affected by the accumulation of dust and dirt in the environment.The article aims to propose an improved strategy for automated cleaning in response to several problems existing in current direct air cooling island cleaning equipment.This strategy is based on the existing air cooling island equipment,optimizing and upgrading the core components such as the water pump system and control system to achieve full automation of the cleaning process.After improvement,faults such as slide jamming and belt breakage in the equipment have been effectively resolved.At the same time,by introducing a remote control system,manual operations have been greatly reduced,work efficiency has been improved,and safety performance has been enhanced.
