基于多物理场耦合理论的变压器绕组变形研究

为更加准确分析变压器绕组的状态特征,文章提出一种基于"电-磁-结构-声"多物理场耦合理论的有限元研究方法,对于变压器正常工作状态下,从电源激励到绕组振动发声响应等全过程的变化规律进行建模仿真,尤其是构建了以变压器为基础的三维有限元分析模型,进行多物理场耦合仿真计算,得到绕组不同变形类型时声纹特征.
Research on Transformer Winding Deformation Based on Multi Physics Field Coupling Theory
In order to analyze the state characteristics of transformer windings more accurately,this paper proposes a finite element research method based on the"electric magnetic structure sound"multi physical field coupling theory.The change law of the entire process from power excitation to winding vibration sound response under normal working conditions of transformers is modeled and simulated.In particular,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model based on transformers is constructed,and multi physical field coupling simulation calculations are carried out to obtain the voiceprint characteristics of different deformation types of windings.
