The article explores the key applications of data-driven approaches in ensuring power supply and scheduling management in the power grid.The role of data-driven methods in power system operation was discussed by analyzing real-time data,predicting load demand,optimizing energy dispatch,and risk management and emergency response.Firstly,through data-driven real-time load forecasting,the system can more accurately predict future demand,providing support for resource allocation and power supply strategies.Secondly,the integration of smart grid and energy storage technology was studied.The data-driven approach helps optimize energy storage and utilization,improve system resilience and reliability,while maximizing the utilization of renewable energy.Further elaborated on risk management and emergency response.Through data-driven risk prediction and real-time monitoring,the system is able to identify potential risks and respond quickly to ensure the stability and reliability of the power system.Finally,intelligent scheduling and optimization algorithms were discussed.By combining historical data and real-time information,energy allocation and equipment operation modes were optimized to improve the efficiency and flexibility of the power system.
