In recent years,large-scale power outages caused by extreme weather conditions,earthquakes,wars,or excessive line loads have required rapid restoration of regional power supply to ensure the safety of key projects.The article explores the possibility,operational process,key technical difficulties,energy storage system scale configuration,corresponding unit modifications,and control strategies for the black start process of 9F gas turbines by analyzing the external power boundary capabilities required for the black start process of 9F gas turbines through energy storage.
