摘要
磨煤机劣化是指磨煤机在运行过程中,由于设备老化、磨损以及维护不当等原因造成设备性能逐渐下降的现象.磨煤机劣化会导致磨煤机磨煤效率降低、煤粉质量下降,对锅炉运行造成负面影响.因此,及时发现并处理磨煤机劣化问题尤为重要.文章对磨煤机磨辊磨损机理进行了深入分析,并基于小波分析原理,构建了磨煤机劣化程度分析模型,能够准确反应磨煤机的劣化趋势,旨在为磨煤机维护与管理提供有力支持.
Abstract
Coal mill degradation refers to the phenomenon where the performance of the coal mill gradually decreases during operation due to equipment aging,wear,and improper maintenance.The deterioration of coal mills can lead to a decrease in coal grinding efficiency and coal powder quality,which has a negative impact on boiler operation.Therefore,it is particularly important to promptly identify and address the issue of coal mill deterioration.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the wear mechanism of coal mill rollers,and based on the principle of wavelet analysis,constructs an analysis model for the degree of coal mill degradation,which can accurately reflect the trend of coal mill degradation,aiming to provide strong support for the maintenance and management of coal mills.
