海上风力发电机组单桩基础有毒有害气体治理的研究

近些年来,我国海上风电得到蓬勃发展.据统计,当前大部分海上风力发电机组基础采用单桩型式,而单桩基础内部底层泥沙中的海洋生物残骸发酵腐败后,生成H2S、CO等有毒有害气体,会积聚在单桩基础底部.随着气体量的增加,通过钢结构缝隙逐渐渗透进单桩基础平台,进而渗透进塔筒一层平台,对作业人员安全和风力发电机组的安全稳定运行造成威胁.文章对海上风力发电机,单桩基础有毒有害气体的处理进行了研究,此研究对单桩基础有毒有害气体的有效处理具有一定的借鉴意义.
Research Report on Toxic and Harmful Gas Treatment of Single Pile foundation of Offshore Wind Turbine
In recent years,China's offshore wind power has been developing vigorously.According to statistics,most of the current offshore wind turbine foundations adopt the single pile type.Toxic and harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon monoxide are generated after the Marine biological remains in the bottom sediment of the single pile foundation are fermented and corrupt,and accumulate at the bottom of the single pile foundation.It then penetrates into the platform on the first floor of the tower cylinder,posing a threat to the safety of operators and the safe and stable operation of wind turbines.In this paper,the study on toxic and harmful gas treatment of single pile foundation of offshore wind turbine is introduced in detail,which has certain reference significance for toxic and harmful gas treatment of single pile foundation.
