Analysis of Stress Cone Construction Technology for High-voltage Cable Terminals
The construction technology of high voltage cable terminal stress cone directly affects the safety and insulation reliability of cable lines.Based on the simulation model of 110 kV cable terminal and using sub model method to optimize calculation,analyze the influence of different operation modes on the distribution of stress cone electric field.The research results indicate that the changes in the stress cone electric field are within an acceptable range under three operating modes:ground potential,equipotential,and intermediate potential.Among them,the influence of the ground potential and intermediate potential operating modes on the distribution of the stress cone electric field is relatively small.By optimizing material selection,structural design,simulation calculations,and construction processes,the operational stability and safety of cable terminals have been improved.By adopting scientific construction techniques and advanced technological methods such as infrared imaging and partial discharge detection,real-time monitoring of construction quality is carried out,and professional training is provided to ensure construction quality,significantly improving the insulation performance and long-term operational stability of high-voltage cable terminals.
