The"14 th Five-Year Plan"period is the key period and window period to achieve the"double carbon"goal.At this stage,photovoltaic power generation projects are in the process of accelerating development.Scientific and efficient material management of photovoltaic power generation projects is an indispensable link in the project management process of photovoltaic power generation projects,which is of great significance to limit project costs,control project quality and ensure construction progress.Taking Qumu photovoltaic EPC project in Chongzuo City,Guangxi as an example,the author expounds the whole process of material management of photovoltaic power generation EPC project,and summarizes the actual problems encountered in the construction process of the project and the corresponding solutions.The results can provide reference for similar projects.
