Energy Metering Management Issues and Measures in Marketing Management of Power Supply Companies
Electricity metering management directly affects the marketing and management decisions of power supply companies.Currently,such companies are in a period of high-quality development.It is necessary to combine the requirements and guidance in the"Technical Management Regulations for Electricity metering Devices"(DL/T 448-2016)to comprehensively improve the level of electricity metering management.This article provides an overview of the current situation of marketing management in power supply companies,and based on the analysis of energy metering management issues,proposes several countermeasures and suggestions that are conducive to solving their management problems from three levels:management system,technical empowerment,and human resources,for reference.
