摘要
文章分析了安全管理在热电厂电气运行中的重要性,针对电气设备老化、人员操作不规范、安全管理制度不完善以及应急处理能力不足等常见问题,提出了加强预防性维护、提升操作技能与安全意识、完善安全管理制度及加强执行、提升应急处理能力等对策.上述措施的有效实施旨在降低热电厂的电气事故风险,确保热电厂电气运行的安全稳定,为热电厂的持续健康发展提供有力保障.
Abstract
Based on a brief discussion of the importance of safety management in the electrical operation of thermal power plants,this article proposes measures to strengthen preventive maintenance,enhance operational skills and safety awareness,improve safety management systems,and enhance emergency response capabilities in response to common problems such as aging electrical equipment,non-standard personnel operations,incomplete safety management systems,and insufficient emergency response capabilities.The effective implementation of the above measures aims to reduce the risk of electrical accidents in thermal power plants,ensure the safe and stable electrical operation of thermal power plants,and provide strong guarantees for the sustainable and healthy development of thermal power plants.
