摘要

随着大数据技术的不断发展和普及,电力行业正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战.近年来,电力市场竞争激烈,客户服务需求多样化,传统的电力营销方式越来越难以满足业务发展需求.在此背景下,电力营销管理创新成为了行业转型升级的迫切需要.运用大数据环境下的先进技术手段,如数据分析、智能诊断和预测等方法,可以实现对市场信息的快速获取、客户需求的精准把握以及营销策略的优化调整,从而推动电力企业实现高质量发展、降低运营成本和提升客户满意度.

Abstract

With the continuous development and popularization of big data technology,the power industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In recent years,the electricity market has been fiercely competitive,with diverse customer service needs.Traditional electricity marketing methods have become increasingly difficult to meet business development needs.In this context,innovation in power marketing management has become an urgent need for industry transformation and upgrading.By utilizing advanced technological means in the big data environment,such as data analysis,intelligent diagnosis,and prediction,it is possible to quickly obtain market information,accurately grasp customer needs,and optimize marketing strategies,thereby promoting high-quality development,reducing operating costs,and improving customer satisfaction for power enterprises.
