面向深度调峰的火电机组原煤仓双仓互通技术改造与应用

煤电机组变负荷的灵活性对于火电厂参与深度调峰至关重要,在负荷升降的过程中需要解决煤种快速切换的问题.为从输煤系统解决入炉煤种切换问题,实现对燃料的优化管理,文章提出了原煤仓双仓互通技术,通过对现有设备实施少量改造,实现不同煤种的快速变煤掺烧,可精准实时在线切换煤种,应对全天快速变负荷的调峰需求.
Modification and Application of Dual Coal Bunkers Interoperability Technology for Thermal Power Units in the Context of Deep Peaking
The flexibility of coal-fired power units in changing loads is crucial for thermal power plants to participate in deep peak shaving,and it is necessary to solve the problem of rapid switching of coal types during load fluctuations.In order to solve the problem of coal type switching in the coal conveying system and achieve optimized management of fuel,this article proposes a dual bin interconnection technology for raw coal bunkers.By implementing a small amount of modification to existing equipment,it can achieve rapid coal blending of different coal types,accurately and real-time online switching of coal types,and meet the peak shaving needs of rapid load changes throughout the day.
