摘要

文章针对某1 000 MW超超临界机组燃煤锅炉整套启动过程中,锅炉低过、低再等受热面出现超温情况的原因进行了分析,阐述了为控制锅炉受热面超温采取的燃烧调整措施,以期为同类锅炉预防受热面沾污提供解决方案.

Abstract

The article analyzes the causes of overheating on the heating surface of a 1000 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired boiler during the entire start-up process,such as low over temperature and low regeneration.It elaborates on the combustion adjustment measures taken to control the overheating of the heating surface of the boiler,in order to provide a solution for similar boilers to prevent contamination of the heating surface.
