Based on the example of boiler operation and maintenance in thermal power plants,this article introduces the causes of defects in the outlet main pipe and pipe seat of the boiler reheater,and takes measures such as pipeline replacement and pipe seat expansion.It also proposes that comprehensive,systematic,and logical expansion inspection suggestions must be established for boiler maintenance in thermal power plants.
