As a key component of steam turbine,the replacement of high pressure inner cylinder on site is of great significance to the safe and stable operation and the improvement of maintenance efficiency of power plant.This paper focuses on the field replacement technology of high pressure inner cylinder of 660 MW supercritical steam turbine,analyzes the factors of inner cylinder function,replacement and risk control,summarizes the influence of high-temperature material selection and design optimization of main components of supercritical steam turbine on improving the overall efficiency and stability,analyzes the structure of high pressure inner cylinder,and details the preparation for field replacement engineering.Strategies to ensure replacement efficiency and safety are proposed.
