发电侧蓄电池系统对发电厂的安全运行至关重要.随着新型电力系统构建的不断深入,对蓄电池系统数智化水平提出更高要求,旨在解决传统人工运维的安全问题,以及实时在线精准监测核容的难题.基于此,坚持问题导向,通过多维度数智化技术提升蓄电池系统运行维护的安全性和便捷性.将电化学阻抗图谱创新性应用于发电侧蓄电池的寿命和容量检测,开展实时在线健康状态诊断,同步实现人员作业自动化替代,实现运行异常、故障预判报警,以及蓄电池系统在线核容,以实现发电侧蓄电池系统的本质安全.
Research and Application of Online Nuclear Capacity Monitoring of Power Generation Side Batteries Based on Intrinsic Safety
The battery system on the power generation side plays a crucial role in the safe operation of power plants.However,with the continuous deepening of the construction of new power systems,higher requirements have been put forward for the digitalization level of battery systems,gradually solving the safety problems of traditional manual operation and maintenance and the difficulties of real-time online accurate monitoring of nuclear capacity.Based on this,we adhere to a problem oriented approach and improve the safety and convenience of battery system operation and maintenance through multi-dimensional intelligent technology.Innovatively applying electrochemical impedance spectroscopy to the life and capacity detection of power generation side batteries,conducting real-time online health status diagnosis,synchronously realizing automated replacement of personnel operations,realizing abnormal operation,fault prediction and alarm,and online capacity verification of battery systems,in order to achieve intrinsic safety of power generation side battery systems.
