摘要

带电作业即在电力负荷不停电的情况下,由电力作业人员采取一定安全措施后完成相关运行设备检修维护工作的作业,这大幅提高了电力供应的可靠性,避免了用户停电.针对10 kV配电线路的带电作业,采用旁路作业法,可在隔离工作点的同时,保持线路工作点下级负荷的供电正常.文章基于实际作业场景,总结一种实用性的旁路系统作业方法,为配电线路不停电作业提供一定的参考.

Abstract

Live working refers to the operation in which power operators take certain safety measures to complete the maintenance and repair of related operating equipment under the condition of uninterrupted power load.This greatly improves the reliability of power supply and avoids power outages for users.For live operation of 10 kV distribution lines,we adopt the bypass operation method,which can isolate the working point while maintaining normal power supply to the subordinate loads at the line working point.This article summarizes a practical bypass system operation method based on actual work scenarios,providing a certain reference for uninterrupted operation of distribution lines.
