Research and Application of Intelligent Warning Sign Based on Near Electroinductive Warning
This paper aims to improve the safety of high-risk power facilities and reduce the risk of accidents caused by personnel straying or not paying attention.Through the integration of microwave radar detection technology,intelligent voice alarm technology and light alarm technology,the intelligent warning sign based on near induction warning is developed.The device uses microwave sensors to detect human activity and trigger sound and light alarm,effectively improve the warning effect,and automatically stop the alarm when no one approaches to save resources.The equipment supports solar energy and lithium battery power supply,and has outdoor waterproof integrated design and IP65 protection standards to ensure stable operation in different environments.The built-in SPI-Flash can store up to 30 minutes of voice files,and supports USB replacement of voice content to meet individual needs.In addition,the device integrates a GPS positioning module to provide precise location information,which facilitates safety supervision and emergency response.Field application shows that the intelligent warning sign can effectively prevent the risks of personnel electric shock and large machinery line collision,while realizing multi-source equipment sharing call and online monitoring,significantly improving labor productivity and power facility safety.
