Research on Aging Evaluation Technology of Composite Insulator Parachute Skirt Silicone Rubber Material Based on ISSA-SVM
Composite insulators are the main insulating components in high-voltage transmission lines. When the silicone rubber material in the umbrella skirt of composite insulators undergoes aging and deterioration under natural operating conditions,it affects the hydrophobicity and insulation performance of the insulators. The current inspection methods for composite insulators are limited, and it is difficult to determine evaluation indicators due to the lack of sample data accumulation. In this paper,we extracted composite insulators in operation and compared the Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)absorption peaks of the Si-O-Si,Si-CH3,and C-H groups on the umbrella skirt surface and the substrate for different aging and deterioration characteristics.Combining the ISSA-SVM algorithm model,we achieved a grading of the aging degree of composite insulators, with an overall classification accuracy of 89%.The accuracy of the severe aging grading was 97.3%.This provides a new perspective for achieving silicone rubber material aging rating of the umbrella skirt of composite insulators based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
