摘要

分布式光伏是实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的重要举措,对推动能源转型具有重要意义.广东省日照资源丰富,电力消纳条件较好,发展分布式光伏潜力巨大.文章在分析广东分布式光伏发展现状的基础上,提出了加强政策支持、技术创新、市场培育、产业链优化等发展策略,并分析了自发自用余电上网、全额上网、"光伏+储能""光伏+建筑一体化"等多种运营模式,以期为广东分布式光伏高质量发展提供决策参考.

Abstract

Distributed photovoltaic is an important measure to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,and is of great significance to promote energy transformation.Guangdong Province has rich sunshine resources,good power consumption conditions,and great potential for the development of distributed photovoltaic.Based on the analysis of the current situation of distributed photovoltaic development in Guangdong,this paper puts forward development strategies such as strengthening policy support,technological innovation,market cultivation,and industrial chain optimization,and analyzes a variety of operating modes such as self-use surplus electricity online,full Internet access,"photovoltaic+energy storage","photovoltaic+building integration",in order to provide decision-making reference for the high-quality development of distributed photovoltaic in Guangdong.
