Low insulation resistance of fuel cell system will not meet the requirements of vehicle operation.Its insulation resistance depends on changes in coolant temperature,insulation effect of cooling system components,etc.This article uses Simulink for modeling and combines experiments to explore insulation issues in fuel cell systems.The results show that the established insulation simulation model is in good agreement with the experimental results.The system insulation decreases with the increase of coolant conductivity,and the variation of coolant conductivity within the design range does not affect the system operation.The insulation failure of the water pump may cause a system insulation alarm.
