依托安徽淮北平山二期电厂1350 MW机组高低位汽轮机启动技术研究,优化了机组冷态、极热态的启动方式,确保了对于不同工况高低位汽轮机组启动的稳定性,并避免了高低位机组同时启动时负荷分配产生的问题.优化了原始的控制逻辑设计框架,在极热态启动时,高低位可缩短极热态启动后并网带负荷时间,同时防止高位机和低位机逆功率保护动作和带负荷后切缸引起负荷波动.
Research on Start-up Technology of High and Low Position Steam Turbines for 1 350?MW Units
This project relies on the research on the start-up technology of the 1350 MW high and low position steam turbines of the Pingshan Phase Ⅱ Power Plant in Huaibei,Anhui.It optimizes the cold and extremely hot start-up methods of the units,ensures the stability of the start-up of high and low position steam turbine units under different working conditions,and avoids the problem of load distribution when high and low position units start simultaneously.The original control logic design framework has been optimized,especially in the high and low positions during extreme hot start,to shorten the grid connection and load time after extreme hot start,while preventing reverse power protection actions of high and low level machines and load fluctuations caused by cylinder cutting after load.
