摘要

贵港电厂煤炭运输主要由海江联运,从贵港电厂码头运输进厂,厂内原始接卸方式为汽车过衡后直接进入煤场卸煤.该卸煤方式存在安全、环保、效率等问题,厂内接卸能力远无法满足码头对厂区接卸能力的要求,极大地影响了码头的卸船作业.文章针对这些问题,通过采用地表卸车机制订了3个方案,并对比了3个方案的效果,同时分析了项目效果及主要创新点.

Abstract

The coal transportation of Guigang Power Plant is mainly through sea river intermodal transportation,which is transported into the plant from the Guigang Power Plant dock.The original unloading method in the plant was to directly unload coal from the coal yard after the truck was weighed.This unloading method has safety,environmental protection,efficiency and other issues.The unloading capacity in the plant cannot meet the requirements of the dock for the unloading capacity in the plant area,which greatly affects the unloading operation of the dock.The article addresses these issues by developing three solutions using surface unloading mechanisms,comparing their effectiveness,and analyzing the project outcomes and main innovations.
