摘要

针对电动汽车变频调速系统存在的IGBT关断过电压、振荡问题,文章在深入研究过电压产生机理的基础上,分析了过电压抑制方案优缺点,并提出了一种新型过电压抑制保护电路方案.仿真结果表明,IGBT保护电路可有效抑制电动汽车变频调速过电压,起到良好的保护作用,进而提高了电动汽车变频调速系统稳定性.

Abstract

In response to the IGBT turn off overvoltage and oscillation problems in the variable frequency speed regulation system of electric vehicles,this article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of overvoltage suppression schemes based on in-depth research on the mechanism of overvoltage generation,and proposes a new type of overvoltage suppression protection circuit scheme.The simulation results show that IGBT protection circuit can effectively suppress overvoltage in electric vehicle variable frequency speed regulation,play a good protective role,and thus improve the stability of electric vehicle variable frequency speed regulation system.
