摘要

国内某厂磨煤机RB过程中汽机限压模式切换至初压模式失败导致RB试验失败.文章介绍了RB的主要功能,探讨了睿渥DCS系统内上汽DEH主汽压力的控制策略,分析了限压模式切换至初压模式的过程,结合切换原理分析了磨煤机RB失败的原因,总结了此种切换方式在特定情况下存在的问题,并提出了相应的优化措施.

Abstract

During the RB process of a coal mill in a domestic factory,the turbine pressure limiting mode failed to switch to the initial pressure mode,resulting in the failure of the RB test.The article introduces the main functions of RB,explores the control strategy of SAIC DEH main steam pressure in the Ruiwo DCS system,analyzes the process of switching from pressure limiting mode to initial pressure mode,and combines the switching principle to analyze the reasons for the failure of coal mill RB.It summarizes the problems of this switching method in specific situations and proposes corresponding optimization suggestions.
