摘要

目前,国内灯泡贯流式水轮发电机定子普遍存在定子温升高、铁心松动等异常问题,严重影响了水轮发电机组的正常运行,同时也极大地增加了日常运维的工作量和检修费用.文章结合月江电站4 MW灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组定子改造前存在的定子温升高、铁心松动、硅钢片断齿等问题进行了分析,并对定子改造措施进行了详细阐述和总结.结果表明,此次改造效果显著,可有效解决上述问题.

Abstract

At present,the stator temperature rise,iron core loose and other abnormal problems of the domestic bulb tubular turbine generator stator are common,which seriously affect the normal operation of the turbine generator set,but also greatly increase the daily operation and maintenance workload and maintenance costs.This paper analyzes the problems of stator temperature rise,iron core loosening and silicon steel segment teeth before stator reconstruction of 4MW bulb tubular turbine generator set in Yuejiang Hydropower Station,and describes and summarizes the measures of stator reconstruction in detail.The results show that the transformation has remarkable effect and can effectively solve the above problems.
