摘要

基于工业化进程不断加快,火电厂作为目前重要的能源供应单位,其生产安全问题日益受到关注.文章围绕火电厂安全生产特点,指出现行安全管理体系中存在的一系列主要问题,并提出基于风险评估的安全管理体系设计优化方案.综合案例应用表明,优化设计后的火电厂安全管理体系能有效提高火电厂安全管理水平,有效预防火电厂安全事故发生.

Abstract

Due to the accelerated industrialization process,the production safety of thermal power plants,as an important energy supply unit,has been paid more and more attention.This research focuses on the characteristics of safety production in thermal power plants,points out a series of main problems existing in the current safety management system,and puts forward a safety management system design optimization scheme based on risk assessment.The comprehensive case application shows that the optimized safety management system can effectively improve the safety management level of thermal power plant and effectively prevent the occurrence of safety accidents in thermal power plant.
