文章对采用扩频调制与解调技术的新型功率线载波调制解调芯片 SSCP300 进行了研究.通过采用SSCP300,成功解决了集中器与终端载波仪表之间的可靠通信问题.集中器是连接 PC 机与终端仪表的关键部件,负责信息的传输和接收.结合国家电网规范对集中器的基本性能和技术规范,重点研究和设计了集中器的硬件系统.该模块包括主控制器、外部扩展存储器、时钟模块、看门狗、PC 机通讯接口、供电线路载波通信线路和周边线路.
Hardware Design of Power Carrier Communication Meter Reading Concentrator
In this paper,a new power line carrier modulation and demodulation chip SSCP300,which adopts spread spectrum modulation and demodulation technology,is studied.By using SSCP300,the problem of reliable communication between concentrator and terminal carrier instrument is solved successfully.The concentrator is the key component connecting the PC and the terminal instrument,responsible for the transmission and reception of information.Based on the basic performance and technical specifications of the concentrator in the national grid code,the hardware system of the concentrator is researched and designed.The module includes main controller,external extended memory,clock module,watchdog,PC communication interface,power supply line carrier communication line and peripheral line.
