Research and Application of Circulating Water Pump Condition Maintenance Based on Maintenance Decision Intelligent Platform
The maintenance strategy of circulating water pumps based on regular inspection mode within power generation enterprises lacks scientific judgment on the health status of circulating water pumps,resulting in biased maintenance decisions for circulating water pumps.This not only affects the reliability of circulating water pumps,but also increases the cost of equipment maintenance for the enterprise.To address this issue,this article proposes a research and application solution for the state maintenance of circulating water pumps based on an intelligent maintenance decision platform.With the support of the maintenance decision intelligent platform,comprehensive monitoring and intelligent scientific decision-making of the health status of circulating water pumps can be achieved through multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation,saving maintenance costs,improving equipment availability,and ensuring the safe,reliable,and environmentally friendly operation of the unit while enhancing the intelligence level of enterprise equipment maintenance management.
