火电机组热力设备故障分类平台设计与开发

在火电机组长期运行过程中,由于设备老化、操作不当、维护不足等因素,热力设备容易出现各种故障,进而导致发电效率下降、运营成本增加,甚至发生安全事故.因此,对热力设备的故障进行有效的检测和分类,成为提高火电厂运行效率和安全性的重要部分.文章设计并开发了一个基于.NET的火电机组热力设备故障分类平台.该故障分类平台集成了数据采集与存储、模型离线训练、在线检测和分类等多种功能,能够实现对火电厂热力系统和设备故障的精确检测与分类,协助技术人员快速定位并处理问题,从而确保火电厂设备的平稳、安全运行.
Design and Development of Fault Classification Platform for Thermal Equipment of Thermal Power Units
During long-term operation,thermal equipment is prone to various faults due to factors such as aging equipment,improper operation,and insufficient maintenance,leading to decreased generation efficiency,increased operational costs,and even safety accidents.Therefore,effective fault detection and classification of thermal equipment have become an important part of improving the operational efficiency and safety of thermal power stations.This paper designs and develops a fault classification platform for thermal power unit thermal equipment based on.NET.The fault classification platform integrates various functions such as data collection and storage,offline model training,online detection and classification.It enables accurate detection and classification of faults in therm al power plant systems and equipment,assisting technical personnel in quickly locating and resolving issues,thereby ensuring the stable and safe operation of power plant equipment.
