摘要
在火电厂中,汽车煤进出厂的无人值守管理是现代化、智能化发展的重要方向.中国华电集团贵港发电有限公司630 MW超临界燃煤机组通过集成自动化技术、信息技术和智能化技术,实现了对汽车煤从入厂、验收、采样、接卸到出厂全链条的无人干预,降低了人力成本,提高了工作效率,并减少了人为干预.文章对汽车煤无人值守系统在火电厂中的应用进行了研究,可为电力行业在智能化、无人化方向的发展提供理论支持和技术参考,并为实现更高效、更安全、更环保的电厂运营模式奠定基础.
Abstract
In thermal power plants,unmanned management of coal entering and leaving the factory is an important direction for modern and intelligent development.the 630 MW supercritical coal-fired unit of china huadian group guigang power generation co.,Ltd.has achieved unmanned intervention in the entire chain of automotive coal from entry,acceptance,sampling,unloading to delivery through integrated automation technology,information technology,and intelligent technology,reducing labor costs,improving work efficiency,and reducing human intervention and integrity risks.This study will provide theoretical support and technical reference for the development of the power industry in the direction of intelligence and unmanned operation,and lay the foundation for achieving more efficient,safer,and environmentally friendly power plant operation models.
