Operational Safety Evaluation Model and Application Analysis of Thermal Power Plant
This paper discusses the construction and application of the operational safety evaluation model for thermal power plants.By analyzing the operation characteristics and safety evaluation significance of thermal power plants,a safety evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,set pair analysis and system function analysis is proposed,and the construction steps and evaluation index system of the model are elaborated in detail.Based on the evaluation results,risk control measures,safety management strategies and emergency plans are formulated in order to provide guidance for improving the safety management level of thermal power plants.
