随着清洁能源的快速发展,风电场作为重要的可再生能源基地,其安全生产管理显得尤为重要.文章基于陆上风电场项目安全管理经验,详细阐述陆上风电场建设期、生产准备期、(试)运行期安全管理以及设备检修维护和安全文化建设等方面注意事项,为陆上风电场运营期安全管理提供经验及参考.
Abstract
With the rapid development of clean energy,wind farms,as important renewable energy bases,have become particularly important in terms of safety production management.This article is based on the experience of safety management in onshore wind farm projects,and elaborates in detail on safety management during the construction period,production preparation period,(trial)operation period,equipment maintenance,and safety culture construction of onshore wind farms.It provides experience and reference for safety management during the operation period of onshore wind farms.
