全球能源转型,虚拟电厂作为提升系统灵活性和稳定性的关键一环,通过整合分布式电源、储能装置和可控负荷发挥着重要作用.当前,我国在虚拟电厂建设方面已取得一定进展,但仍面临市场机制不完善等挑战.文章结合海内外成功经验,提出了规范主管部门职能、制订统一技术标准、明确市场主体身份等一系列可行建议,推动虚拟电厂在我国健康有序地发展.
The Role and Development Path of Virtual Power Plants in China Under the New Power System
With the global energy transition,China is accelerating the construction of a new power system.Virtual power plants,as a key part of improving system flexibility and stability,play an important role by integrating distributed power sources,energy storage devices,and controllable loads.Currently,China has made some progress in the construction of virtual power plants,but still faces challenges such as imperfect market mechanisms.Therefore,based on successful experiences at home and abroad,this article proposes a series of feasible suggestions,such as standardizing the functions of regulatory authorities,formulating unified technical standards,and clarifying the identity of market entities,to promote the healthy and orderly development of virtual power plants in China.
