摘要
文中研制了一款新型便携式不停电换表装置,可在用户不停电情况下更换电能表,并在换表过程精准计量完成电量追补,准确采集并存储换表过程中用户用电数据.具备接错项线报警、计量功能、测量功能、记录功能、RS485和蓝牙通讯、时钟等功能,可实现电能表更换过程中用户的无感知停电,提升供电服务质量和客户满意度.
Abstract
This article is based on a self-developed non power cut replacement energy meter device.The non power cut replacement energy meter device is a new type of portable non-stop meter replacement device that can replace the energy meter without power outage for users.During the meter replacement process,it accurately measures and completes the electricity replenishment,and accurately collects and stores the user's electricity data during the meter replacement process.Equipped with external wiring error alarm prompt,metering function,measurement function,recording function,RS485 and Bluetooth communication,clock and other functions.Realize seamless power outages for users during the replacement process of energy meters,improve the quality of power supply services and customer satisfaction.
