Stress Modeling and Benefit Analysis of Prefabricated Parts Based on Thin-walled Cavity Structure
With the promotion of the"dual carbon target"and"dual zone"development strategy, the construction of Shenzhen's distribution network is facing multiple challenges of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and achieving green construction.Although traditional prefabricated components have shown their advantages in construction speed and quality control, they also have problems such as heavy weight, complex installation, and resource consumption. This article focuses on the lightweight and high-strength building technology of thin-walled cavity structure, exploring its potential application in prefabricated components.By establishing a stress model, analyzing its mechanical properties and stability, and combining with economic benefit evaluation,it demonstrates its practical value and economic advantages in the construction of distribution network facilities.
