传统的视频监控系统只能提供局部的实时图像,对于分布广泛的风电场来说,无法直观了解监控点的位置和周围环境.文章通过集成三维地理信息系统(3D GIS)和视频监控技术,实现地理空间信息和视频图像的深度融合,以提高风电场的安全性和效率.首先识别视频中的目标、轨迹等信息,并与三维数字模型、地图等地理空间数据进行关联.然后实现实时视频监控、远程控制和报警联动等功能.最后结合三维GIS的仿真和三维设计成果展示,将传统管理模式提升为数字化、可视化和信息化的现代管理模式.该系统通过深度融合地理空间信息和视频监控,有效提高了风电场的运行管理水平,实现了该技术的推广应用.
Research on Wind Farm Management and Control System Based on 3D GIS Simulation and Video Fusion Technology
Traditional video surveillance systems can only provide local real-time images,and for widely distributed wind farms,they cannot intuitively understand the location of monitoring points and the surrounding environment.This paper integrates 3D GIS and video surveillance technology to achieve deep integration of geospatial information and video images,in order to improve the safety and efficiency of wind farms.Firstly,the target,trajectory,and other information are identified in the video,and associated with geospatial data such as 3D digital models and maps.Then,real-time video monitoring,remote control,and alarm linkage functions are achieved.Finally,combining the simulation of 3D GIS and the display of 3D design results,the traditional management mode will be upgraded to a modern management mode of digitization,visualization,and informatization.This system effectively improves the operational management level of wind farms by deeply integrating geospatial information and video monitoring,and achieves the promotion and application of this technology.
