Load Balancing Cooperative Dispatching and Control Method Considering Source-load-storage in Multiple Transformer Areas
The uncertainty of distributed renewable energy generation, and the"plug and play"of flexible load are easy to cause problems such as load imbalance among distribution transformer areas and three-phase imbalance. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a load balancing cooperative dispatching and control method for multiple transformer areas, which consists of the load balancing cooperative control strategies among distribution transformer areas, and the source-load-storage coordinated optimization scheduling strategies within the transformer area.In the upper layer, based on the ring-type power grid and the corresponding communication grid, considering the communication transmission delay between the transformer areas and the variability of the network topology, and the cooperative control strategies between the transformer areas are designed to achieve the load balancing of the transformer areas. In the lower layer, based on the vertical radiant communication network between the terminal and the internal source-load-storage,the coordinated optimization scheduling strategies of controllable resources are designed to respond to the power regulation instructions of the upper layer with minimum operating costs and pollution emissions. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a simulation example, which realizes the load balancing cooperative control in multiple transformer areas.
