A Joint Credit Evaluation Mechanism for Small and Micro Enterprises Based on Homomorphic Encryption
With the development of the digital economy, electricity consumption data,as an important business data for small and micro enterprises, has the advantages of strong timeliness, high authenticity, and wide coverage. It can fill the gap in funding and financial information for small and micro enterprises and provide a new solution for their credit reporting.However,high-value credit data belongs to commercial secrets of various industries. In the cross domain joint credit reporting process of power finance, all parties have a confidentiality mentality towards customer data, resulting in a contradiction between data sharing and privacy protection. However, current data sharing solutions suffer from computational complexity and high process complexity, requiring the introduction of lightweight data sharing privacy protection schemes. Therefore, this paper proposes a joint credit evaluation mechanism for small and micro enterprises based on BGN homomorphic encryption calculation.Through data sharing between power enterprises and financial enterprises,a joint credit evaluation index system is constructed, and the BGN homomorphic encryption algorithm is used as a security guarantee to obtain the credit rating of small and micro enterprises under the premise of privacy protection. This has important reference significance and application value in the field of small and micro enterprise financing risk assessment.
