Knowledge modeling for comprehensive evaluation of urban physical examination: A case study of Guangzhou
With the advent of the era of high-quality development, people expect a more comfortable, healthier, and safer urban living space. Urban physical examination evaluation, as an important tool for achieving high-quality urban development, has been adopted and practiced by many pilot cities. However, at present, the basic connotation of urban physical examination evaluation is not clear, and the relevant knowledge structure work is insufficient. There is also a lack of research on the knowledge model of urban physical examination evaluation. The paper takes Guangzhou as an example and proposes a method based on the extraction of evaluation elements and the analysis and association of focus points. Relying on the urban physical examination evaluation indicator system, the method clarifies the basic connotation of urban physical examination evaluation through four steps: evaluation element extraction, focus point analysis, focus point association, and basic connotation refinement. A total of 21 basic connotations are identified, reflecting the urban development characteristics and needs of Guangzhou. Building upon this foundation, this paper first constructs the knowledge system of urban physical examination evaluation through structured modeling. Then, it performs the association of the knowledge system from the perspectives of knowledge hierarchy, geographic knowledge, and event knowledge. Utilizing cross-media means, the relevant spatiotemporal data and knowledge are associated, forming the knowledge model of urban physical examination evaluation. The knowledge model consists of five layers: theme layer, connotation layer, knowledge layer, indicator layer, and basic data layer, reflecting the overall goal, basic connotation, focus points, evaluation indicators, and spatiotemporal data of urban physical examination evaluation. The multi-level, multi-dimensional, and multi-granularity association processing enhances the expression ability and application value of knowledge. Finally, the paper applies the knowledge model to the development of the urban physical examination evaluation knowledge service system in Guangzhou, realizing knowledge service applications such as visualization, knowledge recommendation, and intelligent question answering of urban physical examination evaluation knowledge. It also discusses the promotion prospects and existing problems of this approach and method, pointing out the technical difficulties and practical needs that need to be considered in the construction and application of the knowledge model, providing ideas and experience for the knowledge service of urban physical examination evaluation.
