Evolution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Territorial Spatial Pattern in Shandong from the Perspective of Major Function Oriented Zoning
The analysis of spatial-temporal evolution of territorial spatial pattern from the perspective of the major function ori-ented zoning(MFOZ)can depict spatial evolution characteristics in the implementing of territorial space development and pro-tection basic system, and reveal the driving role of natural, social and other influencing factors.Based on the"major function"of territorial space, this paper quantitatively analyzes the evolution and influencing factors of territorial spatial pattern in Shandong from 2000 to 2020 by using spatial transformation matrix, random forest regression model and optimal parameter geographical detector. It is found as follows.① From 2000 to 2020,the territorial spatial patterns within each major functional zone in Shan-dong evolved to align with the designated functional roles. This change accompanied by a dramatically expand in urban space,a steady increase in ecological space while a reduce in agricultural space.② The transition from agricultural space to urban and ec-ological space was particularly significant. Moreover, the functional transfer from urban space in the major agricultural produc-tion zone adjacent to the central city to agricultural space was also significant.Only a small amount of ecological space trans-ferred to urban space and agricultural space in the coastal areas or along the lake. These reflect the interaction form of territorial space in different major functional zones is significantly affected by their designated functional roles.③ The spatial-temporal e-volution of territorial space in Shandong is affected by both geographical-traffic factors and social-economic factors. The influ-ence of different factors on different types of space transformation is significantly different.
