A Microscopic Study on Population Outflow Pattern and Driving Mechanism of Traditional Villages in the Southeast Coast
Taking the three provinces of Zhejiang,Fujian and Guangdong as the study area, taking 959 national traditional villa-ges as samples, and comprehensively using the methods of weighted kernel density estimation,Kriging interpolation and geo-graphical detectors, this paper analyzes the spatial pattern of population outflows of traditional villages in the southeast coast from multiple dimensions, quantitatively detects the influencing factors, and then constructs the driving mechanism of influen-cing factors from the perspective of geographical capital. It is found as follows.① In terms of spatial pattern, the population out-flow of traditional villages in the southeast coast is significantly characterized by the topographic differentiation and agglomera-tion in mountainous areas. The center of gravity is located in the mountainous area of northern Fujian, and the core source area is the mountainous area of southwestern Zhejiang.② In terms of influencing factors, terrain conditions,human-land relation-ships,urban-rural connections, and economic income are significant factors affecting the inter-village difference of population outflow rate. The synergistic effect of per capita arable land area and other factors is the dominant driving force.③ In terms of action mechanism, the population outflow of traditional villages is the result of the interaction of seven significant factors rather than the independent effect, which is the function of ecological capital, location capital and economic capital.
