Evaluation and Optimization Strategy of Village and Town Construction Pattern Based on the Accessibility of Public Service Facilities:A Case Study of Jintan District,Changzhou City
The construction pattern of village and town is an important spatial carrier for the overall development of urban and rural areas.Taking Jintan District of Changzhou in southern Jiangsu Province as the research object, this paper constructs an in-dex system to measure the accessibility of public service facilities in Jintan District, diagnoses the problems in the accessibility of the public service facilities, evaluates the development status of the construction pattern of villages and towns, and then proposes optimization strategies. It is found as follows.① All kinds of public service facilities are mainly distributed around the main ur-ban area, around the town center and along the main traffic road, and the accessibility of the whole area shows a radial spatial pattern with one large center and multiple small centers. The accessibility between different public service facilities varies great-ly.② The fractal characteristics of settlements in Jintan District are strong, and the distribution density of settlements shows a spatial distribution feature of multi-regional patchy agglomeration and basically expands along the main traffic lines.③ In the construction of villages and towns in Jintan District, there are problems such as complex spatial form, uneven allocation of public service facilities, and unreasonable scale and level of villages and towns. Finally, some suggestions for spatial optimization of vil-lage and town construction pattern such as improving the stability of village and town spatial structure are put forward. The re-search results can provide scientific basis for breaking the urban-rural dual structure, promoting urban-rural integration and high-quality regional development in the"Sunan Depression".
