中国旅游业转型升级水平评价及动力源空间效应研究

旅游业转型升级是旅游业高质量发展的本质要求,该文基于旅游行业间的比例关系、劳动生产率以及资源配置效率等指标构建以合理化、高级化与高效化表征的旅游业转型升级水平评价指标体系,运用核密度估计、泰尔指数、标准差椭圆、空间自相关等方法对2010-2019年中国30个省域旅游业转型升级水平进行评价,从多角度动态反映中国旅游业转型升级水平特征,在此基础上运用空间杜宾模型探讨以旅游消费需求、旅游技术进步以及政府旅游调控等为核心的动力源空间效应,进一步明晰中国旅游业转型升级水平与动力源空间效应的内在逻辑.结果表明:①中国旅游业转型升级水平逐年提升,且各区域特征差异明显,呈"东部>西部>东北>中部"的格局,总区域差异呈波动性发展且不断增大,主要源于区域内差异.②中国旅游业转型升级水平沿东北—西南方向不断集聚,重心轨迹总体向东偏移,空间关联呈现出正相关发展态势,且关联类型的地域性特征明显.③旅游技术进步、政府旅游调控对旅游业转型升级具有显著的空间溢出效应,旅游消费需求能促进邻近地区旅游业转型升级水平提高,但可能受旅游消费结构不合理的影响,对本地旅游业转型升级具有负向作用.
Evaluation of Tourism Transformation and Upgrading and Its Driving Force Spatial Effect in China
The tourism transformation and upgrading is the essential requirement for high-quality development of tourism Based on proportional relationship,labor productivity and resource allocation efficiency of tourism industries,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of tourism transformation and upgrading level characterized by rationalization,advancement and high ef-ficiency,takes 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China as the research object,and uses kernel density es-timation,Theil index,standard deviation ellipse,spatial autocorrelation and other methods to evaluate the tourism transformation and upgrading level in China from 2010 to 2019,objectively reflecting the characteristics of the tourism transformation and up-grading in China.On this basis,the spatial Dubin model is used to explore the spatial effect of driving force involving tourism consumption demand,tourism technology progress and government regulation,and further clarify the internal logic of the tourism transformation and upgrading and its driving force spatial effect.The results are shown as follows:① The level of tourism transformation and upgrading of China has increased year by year,and the spatial evolution trend of the tourism trans-formation and upgrading level in various regions is significantly different,showing a decreasing trend in the order of eastern,western,northeastern and central regions.The region difference of the tourism transformation and upgrading level is fluctuating and increasing,which mainly comes from internal difference.② The tourism transformation and upgrading level continues to gather in the northeast-southwest directions,and the trajectory of the center of gravity generally shifts eastward.The spatial correlation shows a positive correlation development trend,and the regional characteristics of the correlation type are obvious.③Tourism technology progress and government regulation have significant positive spatial spillover effect on the tourism transfor-mation and upgrading.Tourism consumption demand can promote tourism transformation and upgrading in neighboring areas,but has negative effect on local tourism transformation and upgrading due to the unreasonable structure of tourism consump-tion.
