;Industrial synergy at different levels of enterprise-industry-development zones is of great significance to the sustain-able development of the region.Based on the enterprise scale data,this paper analyzes the spatial agglomeration characteristics of industries in the Huaihai Economic Zone in 2002-2022 from the multi-scale perspective of enterprise-industry-development zone by adopting standard deviation ellipse,kernel density analysis,multi-distance spatial clustering analysis,and average nearest neighbor index.The results are shown as follows.①The industries in the Huaihai Economic Zone generally show a spatial ag-glomeration pattern of"northwest-southeast",which is manifested in a point-like agglomeration pattern with"Jining,Xuzhou,Linyi and Suqian"as the cores.② The Huaihai Economic Zone has typical advantageous industries such as trade and logistics,science and technology research and development,and equipment manufacturing,and there are differences in the spatial distribu-tion of industries and the scale and intensity of industrial agglomeration.③ State-level development zones have stronger indus-trial agglomeration than provincial-level development zones,and the advanced trend is more significant,and the level of industrial agglomeration in economic and technological development zones is higher than that in high-tech development zones.④ Develop-ment zones are characterized by industrial synergistic agglomeration of enterprise-industry-development zones.
