Spatial-Temporal Coupling of Digital Economy and Clean Energy Development and Its Driving Factors
At the current critical moment when China's economy is in the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,promoting the deep integration of digital economy and clean energy industry is not only crucial to ensuring national energy security,but also an important way to build a modernized economic system in which human beings and nature coexist harmoniously.This paper applies the projection tracing model to measure the development index of digital economy and clean energy in 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2010 to 2021,and analyzes the spatio-temporal coupling and coordinated development characteristics and driving factors of the two by using the coupling coordination degree model,kernel density estimation and geographical detector.The results are shown as follows.① During the study period,China's provincial digital economy and clean energy as a whole are in a rapid development stage,but there is a regional development imbalance,the development level of digital economy shows a distribution pattern of strong in the east and weak in the west,but the clean energy is the opposite.② From the perspective of dimensions,the coupling and coordination level of each subsystem of digital economy and clean energy has increased year by year,in which the coupling and coordination process of industrial digitization is the fastest.From the perspective of regions,the coupling and coordination level of digital economy and clean energy in each region is on the rise.③ The analysis of geographical detector shows that informatization is the core driver affecting the coupling and coordination relationship between the two,and the interactive driving force of scientific and technological innovation and resource endowment has the greatest impact on the coupling and coordination development of the two.
