Yang Muhua's collection of essays,Notes on Cangshan Flora,is characterized by its profound exploration of floral descriptions. Guided by the principles of ecological civilization,the author skillfully weaves together botanical expertise and local insights,showcasing the diverse ecological system and unique human-environmental dynamics on the western slope of Cangshan in Yangbi,Dali,Yunnan. Guided by the aesthetic subject's visual feeling,life experience and emotions,and with simple and plain words,it reflects the thinking about the harmonious symbiosis between man and nature,as well as the life attitude,emotional tendency,life sentiment and concept held by ordinary individuals to the change of the seasons and the change of human objects and images. A unique narrative mode was formed based on the flora writing.
