The Influence of FIFA 11+Exercises on the Physical Fitness and Football Skills of College Students
This study investigates the influence of FIFA 11+comprehensive warm-up exercises on the physical fitness and football skills of ordinary college students.Forty male students were randomly divided into a FIFA 11+group and a control group,with 20 students in each.During each preparatory activity,they respectively received 20 minutes of FIFA 11+practice and routine warm-up intervention(for 12 weeks,twice a week).The physical fitness and football skills indicators of the students were tested before and after the experiment.The results indicate that the effect of FIFA 11+practice on improving students' speed quality and the accuracy of place kicks is not significantly different from that of routine warm-up activities,but its effect on improving students' lower limb explosive power,agility,balance quality and dribbling around poles skills is superior to that of routine warm-up activities.
