党的二十大报告关于做好新时代巡视巡察工作的重要部署,为在全面从严治党背景下推动高校巡察工作提供了根本遵循.作为巡视监督在高校的拓展延伸,高校巡察工作具有鲜明的政治属性、育人属性和发展属性.高校巡察工作实践的理论源起、坚持以党的政治建设为统领和坚持立足政治角度看问题彰显了高校巡察工作的政治属性.新时代育人工作新要求、保障高校育人职能发挥和创设良好育人生态是高校巡察工作育人属性的具体体现.发展属性则体现在高校巡察工作自身的发展、人的发展和高校的发展三个方面.
Abstract
The important arrangements regarding the inspection work in the new era in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China provide the fundamental guidance for promoting the inspection work of colleges and universities under the background of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party.As an extension of inspection and supervision in colleges and universities,the inspection work of colleges and universities has distinct political,educational,and development attributes.The theoretical origin of the practice of college and university inspection work,the adherence to taking the political construction of the Party as the overarching principle,and the persistence in viewing issues from a political perspective all demonstrate the political attributes of colleges and university inspection work.The specific embodiment of the nurturing attributes of the inspection work lies in the new requirements of the new era of cultivating talents,safeguarding the function of nurturing in colleges and universities,and creating a good nurturing ecology.The development attributes are embodied in three aspects,namely,the development of college and university inspection work itself,the development of people,and the development of colleges and universities.
